🎮 Success at Saga Saló del Gaming
November ended on a high note with Saga Saló del Gaming, where we had the honor of presenting the talk “Guia per trobar feina al món dels videojocs” (A guide to finding a job in the videogame industry). This event provided a unique opportunity to connect with young students, recent graduates, and aspiring professionals in the industry.
During the talk, we shared practical advice, essential tools, and resilience-based strategies to empower attendees to start their job search with confidence and determination. The energy and enthusiasm we received inspire us to continue supporting those beginning their professional journey.

✨ Collaboration with PowerUp+
We were thrilled to be part of PowerUp+, contributing with two workshops designed to inspire and enhance the talent in its incubator:
- Strength recognition: We presented our personalized strengths system, specifically tailored for the videogame industry. We helped participants identify their unique abilities and use them as a compass to advance in their projects.
- Mindfulness and creativity: A space to connect with the present moment, release tension, and unlock creativity. This workshop deeply resonated with attendees!
